We have a licensed builder/carpenter on our team who will project manage and coordinate all of the maintenance works required.

First impressions count, and we understand the importance of how your home and garden is presented when buyers arrive. We not only prepare your home for sale, we can also maintain and present your home at your open inspections to increase the buyers attention and create that WOW factor.

Body corporate/strata maintenance

We are experienced managers and caretakers and offer a full maintenance service to body corporate and strata properties. With a qualified carpenter on the team, we can coordinate and provide quality maintenance and repairs. We can provide an ongoing maintenance program or a one-off service.
